Green Opportunities is a local organization whose mission is to train, support, and connect people from marginalized communities to sustainable employment pathways. They envision resilient, interconnected communities, where everyone shares respect and dignity, has the opportunity to build wealth, and is dedicated to helping each other thrive. They accomplish their work through job training and placement, social enterprise activities and community engagement initiatives.

Join Asheville Chamber members as we hear more about the work of Green Opportunities, tour their remarkable facilities, and enjoy delicious breakfast refreshments prepared by their students and culinary staff. No one wants to miss the door prizes, so don’t forget your business cards! Green Opportunities will be giving away two pre-paid luncheon gift cards in addition to other prizes brought by attendees.

Green Opportunities is located at 133 Livingston St, between the River Arts District and Mission Hospital in the Edington Community Center. Free street parking is located on Gaston and Livingston Streets. There is also a parking lot in the rear of the building.
